Moving to an online platform, coupled with the funding we have achieved for our new program has allowed us room to engage with, anyone. It doesn't matter how niche, it doesn't matter how little air time you've been given in the past, we want to see it.

Going into 2023, IGE is now recruiting for several of its own projects for anyone who wishes for a career in entertainment, or simply wants to showcase their talent to a wider audience. This is largely new territory for IGE ourselves, as our new projects will have an online focus as opposed to being purely held in person. Nonetheless, we feel the online audience has never been more open to fresh talent - the perfect environment for any newcomers to showcase exactly who they are.
Initially, we have constructed several opportunities which resemble current textbook entertainment styles, however there is one key difference; they are open to anyone. Possibly our most generic competition running. However some of the greatest and longest running reality shows are centred around the stove. We have reimagined the templates you know to form the most exciting cooking competition of 2023. Enter today to be in with the chance of a space.

Everyone has opinions, yet the minority of internet celebrities control the majority of the narrative. Then again, who thinks their opinions are wrong? If you have a passion for independent thinking and can't help but share your perspective socially, we want to hear it. We have the opportunity for ten fresh minds.
Style
Do you have a 'passion for fashion?' Well, as Yves Saint Laurent says, fashions fade, style is eternal. It is important we emphasise for this competition, inclusivity is vital. Our specially recruited judges will decide who creates the most timeless outfits from our selection of vintage gear. The winner takes their clothes - and everyone elses.
Sketch
Keen writers and performers, listen up. This one is for you. Improvised or written however, we want to see your best work. As always there are cash prizes to be won, but we hope the boost in profile we can facilitate for you will be of greater importance. Brief us on your idea today.
ADVERT
Your product, our production. If you have an invention which you're extremely passionate about, we want to give you the platform you need. We will pay for the production and placement of your finished piece. There are limited spaces for each of our startup programs, so please brief us as thoroughly as possible when entering your product.

Overseeing safety in a passive manner is a rare pairing when analysing professions. We want to hear more about what you do and your experience. Ideally we want to hear from those with 12 months plus in the role, but we are open to all contributions.
Adult
The recent past years have definitely exposed the realities of the adult industry further. Nonetheless we want to hear about the elusivities surrounding this profession, whether that be anonymously is your prerogative.
Weather
If you have an involvement anyhow we want to hear from you. The intricacies of your profession we feel may be more clouded - intended - than many.
Therapists
To be clear; we don't want to hear about your clients, we want to hear about you! No matter the field you deal in, we are sure there valuable lessons to be learned - for a fee of course.
Plastic Surgery
As such an industry becomes more accessible to the masses on an almost daily basis, we want to hear about the challenges you face. Whether they be operational themselves, regarding misinformation, or personal experiences you are comfortable with sharing.
Designers
Those who often deal with affluent clientele, however may not represent the same background as those they serve on a day to day basis. We want to hear about your positive and negative experiences working in an environment that demands high levels of poise and fast rapport building.

Independent Thinkers, Gravitational Doers, Enterprising Actors
The reasoning behind process is often overcomplicated, especially in our industry. We have often found this is not for the sake of any tangible asset but purely for image purposes. In turn, the image which so many retain so meticulously alludes to somewhat, a superiority complex. IGE are disruptors, we want to destroy said overcomplication.
Our founders have vowed to remain independent in every action we take. We aim to become trailblazers in our industry, not held within the bounds of social acceptance amongst our peers. We believe in simplicity, a simplicity which can be enjoyed and relished by all. We want to strip back the delusion within the entertainment industry, making involvement accessible to everybody.
As of January 2023, IGE has achieved funding to finance our own series of pilots, repeated episodes and one-off specials. We want you to participate. We are no longer forced to enforce. It is imperative to us that our opportunities are inclusive. No matter your demographic or background, we want everyone to be involved.
